Who is C.Ray? Well, I am a mother, daughter, sister, friend, professional and confidant. I serve in one or more of those previous capacities to each person in my life. I have a beautiful son who tests boundaries on the daily. I have a beautiful mother who serves as my rock (even when I don’t show her). I have a GREAT older brother who I am growing closer with every day. I am friends with the most intelligent and eclectically beautiful women ever, not to mention my two closest male friends who are AWESOME! I am a Child Fitness Department Head and Group Fitness Instructor for a major Day Resort, Gym and Spa and I have founded the empowerment group W.omen H.elping E.mpower W.omen. I am a counselor and shoulder to everyone and anyone who needs me.
This is my time to reflect. I've spent far too much time in the lime light. These are my thoughts... my life! Respect or redirect your attention elsewhere.
I recently watched Carmen Jones, and just loved Dorothy Dandridge! What a beautiful and talented lady. I just had to post a pic.
